This brand new apartment (91sqm) is finely decorated and fully furnished to the highest standards to assure you a comfortable and pleasant stay. It includes 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private balcony, 1 generous king-size bedroom, 1 additional bathroom, a spacious living room & kitchen area, plus a large furnished balcony overlooking the stylish 250 sqm (2,700 sqf) pool area. The Estrella Dominicus complex is a stone’s throw away from the village's vibrant pedestrian road with its numerous arts & crafts shacks, cafes and restaurants. Minutes away from the resort is Playa Dominicus beach with its landmark black-and-white painted lighthouse-shaped bar. The first beach in the Caribbean to receive Blue Flag certification, Dominicus is popular amongst swimmers and divers alike for its shallow, turquoise waters and for an abundant reef right off its shores.

**REGULATIONS FOR ESTRELLA DOMINICUS** 1. Dispose of trash outside the residential area in the designated trash bin. 2. The pool will be open from 8 AM to 8 PM. 3. Food is not allowed inside or outside the pool area. 4. The use of speakers or hookahs in common areas is prohibited. 5. It is mandatory not to walk whilst dripping water on the stairs. 6. The condominium is not responsible for any issues within the apartment; the owner must be contacted. 7. Children must be supervised by an adult in the pool area. 8. Guests are required to respect the residential regulations. 9. Access for unregistered individuals to the residential area or apartments is not permitted. 10. It is required to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and avoid making noise during rest hours. 11. Reserving pool chairs that are not being used is prohibited. 12. Appropriate swimwear is required when entering the pool; wearing dresses or other inappropriate clothing, such as tank tops, is not allowed. 13. Drinking is allowed in plastic cups or thermoses in the pool area, but not inside the pool.

- Please note: we will allow 300 DOP ( more or less 5 USD) of electricity per day free of charge, any additional use will be charged at standard local rate. - In the Caribbean, even though we regularly fumigate, there is still a chance of the occasional insect finding its way into the apartment.
